Healthy Holidays Hull Easter Ice Skating Sessions
The Healthy Holidays Team have organised two free Ice Skating sessions at Hull Ice Arena during the Easter school holidays.
The sessions are specifically for school aged children who live in Hull or attend a Hull School.
There will be two sessions running; one SEND specific session for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families and an open access session.
The SEND session will have a reduced capacity and music will be removed to make it a more comfortable environment, and a quiet room will be available for those families that need to access this.
The mainstream session will have a larger capacity, with music on throughout the session.
The sessions will be running on:
SEND Specific Session - Tuesday 31 March 2026, 2:00pm - 3:45pm
Open Access Session - Tuesday 7 April 2025, 2:00pm - 3:45pm
The Healthy Holidays Hull Team are accepting expressions of interest from families who wish to attend. One form must be completed for each child.
The expression of interest form will capture all the information required by the Healthy Holidays Team for the session. This information is required by the Department for Education, who fund the Healthy Holidays Hull activities.
The session includes a packed lunch provided by Hull Culture and Leisure, all skate hire and access to the skating aids.
Please note:
All children and young people must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who need extra help on the ice must have a parent/guardian/carer with them on the ice to support them. Please ensure that the adults names are clearly stated on the expression of interest form so they can be allocated a place too.
Expressions of Interest close midnight Friday 20th March, but may close earlier if we receive a high number of submissions. Submitting this form does not guarantee a place
After the closing date, the Healthy Holidays Hull Team will contact you to confirm whether your child/children have a place.
