Applications Documents Easter 2026

The application process has been updated to make it easier for those currently on the Healthy Holidays Provider Register to apply for funding for the Summer and Winter 2025 Programme.

There is now only one document for all providers to complete, which has 3 sections:

  • Programme Overview - this is in a new format and asks for all the information that used to be on the application form. Please ensure you complete this fully and in detail as this gives the overview of your programme and the information the Healthy Holidays Team require to assess your application.

  • Project Costing - here you need to give all the costs associated with your programme. For each cost please give a breakdown so for staffing detail the hourly rate, number of hours and number of days so we can see how you got to the total figure, this needs to be done for all costings listed. Please refer to the guidance notes to see what is eligible to be funded.

  • Programme Mapping. Please include all the details of your sessions, this will be added to our city-wide master mapping document and used to create the listings on the Healthy Holidays website so please complete fully and in detail.

 All applications need to be submitted by 12noon on Friday 30th January 2026

As mentioned in the guidance document any applications that come in over the maximum amount, will be returned.

If your organsiaiton wishes to deliver more than one project, it must target a different group/demographic, and you must have also had a conversation with the HAF team prior to applying.
